Richard is an independent researcher and heritage educator. Despite being born and raised in a peasant family, he pursued higher education in an urban town, earning a Master's degree in Archaeology. He also continued his studies with a distance Master's in World Heritage Studies from Germany while living in his village. Notably, Richard, as an educator, led a webinar program in 2023-2024 to promote traditional arts and crafts through the Latmhu Club organization in Myanmar. His research interests focus on art history, marginalized heritage, and environmental conservation.
