Bio: Chanmaly Panyaphone has been active in the Lao cultural sector for almost 10 years. She owns a master's degree on the creation of innovative enterprises and innovative project management. She founded her own company Sisanchai, which provides consultancy services on various aspects of cultural management. Through Sisanchai she has notably been involved managing the Swiss Agency for Cooperation and Development's Lao Culture Challenge Fund and recently created the Lao cultural network as an effort to develop synergy and cooperation among Lao cultural actors.
