Moe is a filmmaker, a multidisciplinary artist and a cultural practitioner with a practice span of 10 years from Myanmar. Her works have been accoladed by Prince Claus Seed Awards for emerging artist and her films have been screened and awarded at International Film Festivals such as Kurzfilm Hamburg, SGIFF, Minikino and Oberhausen. Moe believe in creative empowerment as she love to collaborate on projects with artists of any discipline and of shared spirit, that could make an impact on the local community. Moe founded the 3-ACT film organization and cinema magazine to support film education in Myanmar. During COVID, she also founded MATTER Audiovisual Lab, a community art playground for new media and interdisciplinary projects.
